Meet Refame CBT’s Interns

Providing educational resources on stress, anxiety, and CBT tools for high school and college students.

Hello everyone, my name is Madison, and I am the Reframe CBT college representative! I am currently attending UC Davis, pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in psychology. I am incredibly passionate about the subject of psychology and how it can be applied to numerous aspects of our lives! Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is one of the many amazing types of psychotherapy practiced today! Here on my blog page, I’ll work to apply CBT concepts to college experiences we all struggle with and hopefully you will be able to take away some helpful tools to use as you enter/navigate your college experience!

Hi, I’m Arshia, a junior at Terra Linda High School and a longtime dancer. I’m grateful for the opportunity to intern at Reframe CBT because, having practiced ballet for over 10 years, I’ve come to appreciate the power of consistency and self-reflection, skills that are essential to both dance and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Much like how a dancer refines our movements, CBT helps you refine your thought patterns to create positive change. I’m excited to apply these skills in my role and help other students on their journey towards mental wellness!
