Reframe CBT is an out-of-network provider. We provide monthly superbills that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. We recommend calling the member services number on your insurance card to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits before your first session.
Reframe CBT is an out-of-network provider. We do not bill insurance directly. However, we can provide a monthly superbill (itemized receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. We recommend calling your insurance company to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits before your first session.
A superbill is a detailed receipt that includes the diagnostic and procedure codes your insurance company needs to process a reimbursement claim. We provide superbills monthly upon request. You submit the superbill directly to your insurance company, and they reimburse you based on your out-of-network benefits.
Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations for Monday sessions must be received no later than the close of business on Friday. If you are running more than 10 minutes late, please call your clinician to let them know you are on your way.
Telehealth reimbursement policies vary by insurance plan. Many plans that cover in-person therapy also cover telehealth, but it's worth confirming with your insurance company. We can provide superbills for telehealth sessions just as we do for in-person sessions.
